Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy exists to support clarity, mutual respect, and a grounded container for healing work with Karyn Bell Reiki. By booking a session or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms.

Scheduling & Payment

All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon by Karyn Bell Reiki. Booking a session reserves time, energetic preparation, and presence specifically for you by Karyn Bell practitioner.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To honor both your time and the preparation involved in each session, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered with care.

 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not available for sessions that have already occurred.

• Reiki sessions, coaching sessions, and energetic services are non-refundable once delivered

• Digital offerings, recordings, downloads, or written materials are non-refundable

• Refunds or credits may be considered only in rare or extraordinary circumstances, at the practitioner’s discretion

These policies are not meant to be punitive, but protective — ensuring that each session is held with intention, respect, and energetic integrity. Thank you for honoring this container and for showing up for your healing journey with presence and care.
